While the children are present, you work with them and your staff through the daily curriculum and at the end of the day, you greet parents as they pick-up and get ready for the next day. You manage children's behavior using a positive approach, consisting or redirection, proactive strategies and logical consequences. You adhere to program standards for cleanliness and safety and maintain all YMCA risk management policies. You cultivate positive relationships with parents, the host school, staff team members and the community.
